
Today’s big social media win is the wonderful #Duckprints initiative from Aflac.
The premise is simple: Aflac will donate $2 – up to $1.5 million – to non-profits fighting childhood cancer for every use of the #Duckprints hashtag social media.
What makes the campaign succeed so well, though, is all the complicated work that went into the surrounding content. The company created a beautiful website, moving YouTube videos, and a host of social posts to encourage action.
It’s truly marketing that matters.
