Today’s big content win are the “Myth of Orpheus and Eurydice” videos from Conde Nast and Gucci.
The beautiful four part series is the result of collaboration between Gucci and 23 Stories, Conde Nast’s branded content studio.
Each piece was directed by Gia Coppola and tells part of the ancient tragic love story of Orpheus and Eurydice. The visuals are lush, the soundtrack is excellent, and the storytelling is spot-on.
Moreover, the videos, which were distributed across Conde Nast’s various digital properties, manage to showcase Gucci’s pre-fall collection in a way that feels completely natural.
The whole undertaking is an example of branded content at its best.
