The content from the software giant succeeds because it lives up to its name: it strives to tell a story. Across the board the tone is journalistic, not promotional, and the design is stunning.
The topics covered by the site are compelling as well. Microsoft uses a range of digital storytelling tools to highlight everything from employees hacking for good to hard-core Halo fans and the world’s quietest place.
