That’s the simple and effective idea behind Marriott and GoPro’s recent #TravelBrilliantly campaign.
At participating locations Marriott guests can now visit the front desk and borrow a new GoPro HERO4 camera for free, which is a win-win-win for everyone: visitors get a fun toy to play with, Marriott has an extra amenity to offer guests, and GoPro garners exposure for a new product.
On top of all that, there’s a wealth of user generated content created. Guests who film with the GoPro cameras are encouraged to use the #TravelBrilliantly hashtag when uploading their content; with Marriott then showcasing select pieces on its microsite:
